Wall Street Bail-Out

This is for the EPCC newspaper. The Wall Street Bail-out is gonna cost us billions of dollars because of deregulation of financial markets which allows for free speculation. This free speculation is what is costing people their homes and what has recently allowed our gasoline prices to sky-rocket. There has to be rules set in place so that people aren't just buying and selling stocks, but actually investing in the companies on the stock market for a vested period of time. This will get rid of some of the zig-zag effect on the stock market.
